This little gadget, beautifully made and indeed usable, is the sort of keyring miniature that marks you out as truly, different and, yes, slightly odd. Nevertheless it is interesting to explain a little if only to be in awe of the ancients and how they translated the sky into a small computer just by thinking it through.
